With these tools you can turn your beads, V cuts, plane and turn pegs and fillets. As they are round they roll more easily than the traditional skews. They are ground at 2 degrees off square. The half inch Skew Chisel is a very handy tool for smaller diameter work e.g. miniatures, bobbins, etc. as well as turning shallow boxes. All these tools are manufactured from high speed steel (HSS) and come with a hand turned handle.
